DORITOS TACO SALAD
A great family summer appetizers...
Dorito Taco Salad Recipe INGREDENTS
- 1 1/2 lb. ground round
- 1 envelope taco mix
- 1 head lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 1 lg. tomato, chopped
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- Black olives, several in slices
- 1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans
- 1 bag (12 oz.) nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Brown and drain hamburger, add taco mix, stir and set aside.
In large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Toss salad with dressing and hamburger. Serve the dorito taco salad immediately...nice ! Enjoy it !
